What we collect. Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, company, phone, type of deal, indicative budget and the text of your message. Alongside these we store the domain you arrived through, the site language, the date and an anonymised reference of your connection (a value derived from your IP address using HMAC; we do not keep the IP in plain form).

What we use it for. Solely to answer your enquiry about buying one or more domains and, where applicable, to handle the transaction. We send no marketing, we do not pass your data to third parties and we do not profile you.

Legal basis. Your explicit consent when ticking the form checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it. For the duration of the conversation and, afterwards, up to 12 months. If a sale is completed, the associated tax records are kept for the legally required periods.

Recipients. The hosting and email provider for this site, acting as data processor within the European Union. No international data transfers take place.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing through the contact form on this site. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Form security. We use no CAPTCHA. To prevent automated abuse we apply a signed single-use token, a proof of work solved by your browser, invisible trap fields, per-connection submission limits and content filtering. None of these measures track your activity or store persistent identifiers on your device.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses no advertising or third-party cookies.

To find out how many people visit each of the three domains we use Matomo, an analytics tool installed on our own server. It is configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation, so measurement is aggregated and cannot identify you. The data never leaves our server and is not shared with anyone.

If you prefer not to be counted, enable your browser's «Do Not Track» option or block the measurement script; the site keeps working normally.

We also log, on our own server, the addresses that produce a 404 error, together with the domain they were requested through and the referring link. This is used only to fix broken links and is not linked to any identified person.

The only thing the site stores in your browser is your language preference (local storage — not a cookie, and never sent to any server).
